Once the request has been sent to via Telephone, Email or Online to engage with us, here is what to expect after request:

1. application form and certification process will be sent to you

2. you will be notified if application has been approved or declined based on the application results.

3. Quote and certification agreement will be emailed

4. once quote and agreement has been accepted, preparations for certification will be communicated 

This is the main audit stage of the certification process, where we will conduct a thorough on-site or remote audit of the organization's management system to determine whether it complies with the requirements of the relevant standard and whether it is effectively implemented and maintained.

Is an ongoing process that occurs after an organization has been certified to a management system standard. It is an essential part of the certification process and involves regular reviews and audits of the organization's management system to ensure that it continues to meet the requirements of the certification.

​In this stage, we will review the documentation and other relevant information provided by the organization seeking certification to determine whether they meet requirements of the relevant standard.

we as a certification body will award the organisation with certification of compliance in that sector specific standard and advise the organisation with rules on how certification stamp/icon is to be used during certified period.

​Involves a full audit of the organization's management system, similar to the initial certification audit, to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of the management system with the relevant standard. If the organization continues to meet requirements, we will proceed in re-issuing certification of the specific standard.
